Delivery We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Standard delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary depending on your location and carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100. Orders below this amount will be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at intimatesamoure@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
